At Zaridi School, we are more than an academic institution; we are a nurturing Christian community committed to shaping well-rounded individuals. Our mission is to equip pre-school and grade school children with a strong foundation in skills, character, and creativity. Through hands-on learning, problem-solving, and self-expression, we foster a passion for academic and personal growth. In our supportive environment, every child is encouraged to thrive, explore, and shine.
Founded in 2020, Zaridi Afrika is a pioneering institution dedicated to providing personalized life-skills training to children, teens, and youth. Recognizing the urgency of creating a stimulating and interactive learning environment for young people, Zaridi Afrika sought to equip them with the knowledge, confidence, character, mindset, and skills necessary to thrive in a rapidly evolving, globalized world.
Motivated by a strong conviction to build a solid foundation for children in Kenya and beyond, our Founder, Mr. Michael Wanyaga Karuru, envisioned expanding Zaridi Afrika’s mission through the establishment of Zaridi School. Together with stakeholders, investors, well-wishers, and a team of experts united by a shared goal, this vision took shape. In January 2024, Zaridi School officially opened its doors, launching the first branch focused on Early Years Education.
At Zaridi School, our philosophy centers on fostering a love for learning while nurturing social, emotional, intellectual, and creative development.
Zaridi School is committed to achieving financial stability and sustainability. Through collaborative efforts by the Board and administration, we aim to implement annual financial management strategies that ensure a balanced operating budget, positive cash flow, and earnings retention.
Our goal is to maintain competitive pricing in the independent school market while offering exceptional value through a superlative educational program. Recognizing the resources required for such a program, the Board focuses on strategic pricing and development plans to bridge income-expense gaps.
